What you can't see: the technical team's work at an event
Backstage and Production
Lighting, sound, installation, security... Every concert is possible thanks to the coordinated effort of a team that hardly ever goes on stage.

When we think of a concert, the focus is usually on the artist, the audience and the music that fills the space. But the truth is that, behind every show, there is a technical team whose work is as essential as it is invisible. Without them, there would simply be no show.
The technical team is the first to arrive and the last to leave. From hours before the doors open, the loading, installation, testing and adjustment processes are already under way. Everything must be perfectly aligned for the event to go smoothly.
One of the most important roles is that of the sound technician. He is the one who ensures that the audience hears each note clearly, without joints or imbalances. Adjust volumes, equalize instruments, manage monitors for artists and monitor quality throughout the concert.
The lighting technician, on the other hand, is responsible for ensuring that the show has a visual soul. Get to know the script of the show, mark the scene changes, manage light consoles and create atmospheres that complement the artist's sound and message.
The assembler of structures and the stage director are key pieces. They ensure that the teams are securely placed, that every movement on stage is coordinated and that the times are met without deviations. They are the ones who keep order behind the curtain.
Technical and venue security is another critical area. Electricians, production managers and access control personnel work in parallel to ensure that everything works under safe conditions, complying with current regulations and minimizing risks.
During the concert, this team remains under constant surveillance. They are ready to resolve technical issues in real time, support artists and adapt to any unforeseen event. The success of the event depends to a large extent on your responsiveness and coordination.
At CB Management, we believe that the professionalism of the technical team is as important as the artistic talent. That's why we work with first-rate technicians, who are passionate, committed and experts in creating the perfect conditions for the show to shine.
