When the public enters a concert hall or outdoor venue, what they see is the end result of many hours — and sometimes days — of work. The magic that happens on stage starts much earlier, between production meetings, technical planning and logistics.

At CB Management, each event begins with a detailed production design: technical rider, artist requirements, venue needs and audience experience. Everything is coordinated to ensure that the show is safe, impactful and smooth.

One of the invisible pillars of every concert is the technical team. Sound and lighting technicians, editors, directors and stage managers work in perfect synchrony to turn an empty space into an immersive experience.

The loading and unloading of technical equipment is usually carried out in the early hours of the day, sometimes even the night before. Structures are installed, the enclosure is wired, sound tests are done and the lights are adjusted while the artist is preparing his repertoire.

Pre-show rehearsals are a critical part. They not only serve to adjust sound levels or lighting, but also to familiarize the artist with the space, test their instruments and mark key moments with the equipment.

Security is another key element. From backstage protection to public access management, each event is planned with clear protocols and specialized personnel to avoid any unforeseen events.

When the lights are turned off and the bulbs are turned on, everything is ready. The concert begins, and the audience has an experience that seems spontaneous, but that is rehearsed and measured to the millimeter.

And when the last topic is over, the work continues: disassembly, loading, post-event reports and evaluation. Because each event isn't just a live experience, it's also a learning experience for the next one. This is how a solid professional trajectory is built, and that is what defines CB Management's work.
