Miguel Miguel, whose real name is Miguel Ángel Rodríguez Manzanera, is a multifaceted Spanish showman known primarily for his work as a monologuist, magician and public animator. His career is characterized by an unusual versatility in the world of show business, since in addition to being a comedian and magician, he has been an animator on television, CEO of Escape Room companies, teacher of magic, storyteller, hip-hop singer, and has performed other jobs anecdotally as an air conditioner installer, car appraiser or mini-motorcycle salesman.

From an early age, he showed interest in magic, which led him to train at the Ana Tamariz School of Magic, where he founded the group “Justmagic” together with other magicians. Later, he entered the world of comedy, receiving training from renowned comedians such as Agustín Jiménez, Luisms, Quique Macías and Miguel Lago. His originality lies in the combination of magic and humor in his shows, which has earned him the nickname “The Comedian Who Does Magic”.

Miguel Miguel has been the protagonist and director of the play “Everything changes... except my mother!” , performed for two seasons on Madrid's Gran Vía and later toured other theaters and comedy festivals. In addition, he has written and performed numerous monologues for more than ten years in emblematic rooms such as La Chocita del Loro, establishing himself as one of the references of humor in Madrid.

He currently combines his role as a comedian and magician with his work as an audience animator in the well-known television program “El Hormiguero” and the management of his Escape Room company, Tangram, which won the first public prize at the Escape Room Awards1. He is also a teacher of magic at the Ana Tamariz School of Magic and at the Price Circus.

Among its most outstanding shows are Sick!, where he recounts with humor and magic his personal experiences, the uncertainties of adult life and everyday difficulties, all with a close and fun approach.
