Fernando Moraño is a Spanish comedian, screenwriter and monologist known for his irreverent style and his ability to combine comedy with social and political criticism. Born to a family of Andalusian and Navarran origin and raised in a humble environment, Moraño began working at the age of 15, combining studies, employment and partying, which marked his self-taught character and his vision of the world. He defines himself as a self-made comedian, with his own ideas and an inclination to question everything that is above him, from politics to religion and society.

Throughout his career, Moraño has stood out for his acid and direct humor, performing in theaters, venues and festivals all over Spain, and collaborating as a screenwriter in media such as Radio Nacional de España and Cadena SER. His career includes shows on the main comedy circuits and a regular presence on the theater scene, where he is known for his hilarious anarchism and his ability to create delusional and critical environments. He has not been exempt from controversy, even suffering attempts at aggression and tense situations in his performances, although he has always maintained his philosophy of distributing humor to everyone and ridiculing the incomprehensible.

Moraño considers humor to be “the orgasm of intelligence” and uses comedy to question and reflect on reality, always with the aim of making people laugh and provoke thought. His personal style and authenticity have made him a respected figure on the alternative comedy circuit in Spain.
